THE MODERN, SAFE AND HONEST WAY TO ROOF SURVEY.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

Deciding to have roof works completed can be a daunting and unnecessarily expensive project which is almost all of the time based on trust for the person / company you have chosen to look at your roof. Trust and information is everything. We can offer a full, detailed roof report which includes interior, exterior and aerial checks of your property. This information is gathered into a detailed PDF report that you can use to make informed decisions on your future projects.

COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

Commercial building come in all shapes and sizes with most of them being high level factories, warehouses and office blocks etc. Our drone survey team will be able to access areas of the build that would be either inaccessible, dangerous to reach or very expensive to hire equipment such as cherry pickers or other high level access equipment.

SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS AND LARGE RESIDENTIAL FLATS.

Schools, hospitals, high rise buildings etc. can be extremely hard and unsafe to access. These types of buildings can also be hard to gain an overall view and understanding of the layout.

We can do a full aerial survey as well as close up investigations of the most hard to reach areas ensuring you make educated choices on what works require quotations.

ROOF INSPECTION WITH A DRONE

Using a drone to inspect a roof is an effective way to increase speed, safety and accuracy while reducing the cost involved. Using a drone to conduct a roof survey can aide with gathering valuable data that can be used such as 3D Models maps and Thermal Imaging.
The use of drones in the roofing industry are growing in popularity. The benefits of using a drone to undertake roof surveys versus more traditional methods is clear and they can provide detailed data quickly and safely.
The cost of scaffolding to undertake roof surveys can often be obstructive to the client and the view provide can be limiting. Hydraulic platforms such as Cherry Pickers can offer a good point of view but when considering the requirement for an operator the costs can become expensive.
Using a drone to conduct a detailed survey allows for a single drone operator to gather a significant amount of data through high definition cameras and video. Often capturing Video in UHD 4K and 20MP still Images. These images and video feeds can easily be relayed to several industry experts for their opinions on work that may be required.
At AVI-8 Commercial Drones, all our drone surveys are carried out by trained operators who have permission to operate commercially. All our Operators are qualified and accredited to operate by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and hold a valid Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO).

INCREASED SAFETY WHILST WORKING AT HEIGHT

Using the latest technology to our advantage we can use our drones to conduct detailed roof survey while maximising safety. Traditionally as roof inspection would involve ladders, scaffold and sometimes cherry pickers to access the roof to allow the roofer to take pictures or make manual notes, this can prove challenging when bad weather become a factor.
A Drone survey can completely eliminate the risk involved and is a industry recognised safe method of working at height and can maximise productivity by reducing the time on site, reduce the risk to your employees and provide piece of mind to your client.
